Chocolate Smoothie Recipe |

The other day I had a craving for something creamy and chocolate. I didn't want to indulge in anything too naughty, so I decided to make the most delicious, and yes, nutritious raw chocolate smoothie I know. This particular smoothie contains the superfoods chocolate, avocado and cinnamon. They're called superfoods because they are all very high in nutrients.
Once I made the smoothie, which takes but a few minutes, my daughter and I savored every bite. The consistency is much more like chocolate pudding than a smoothie so you'll want to eat it with a spoon. It's so good you'll have a hard time believing it's healthful.

2 frozen bananas
1 avocado
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup water
